Castro González is a Guijuelo (Salamanca) Iberian ham maker since 1910, turning out quality produce after a careful natural feeding and raising of livestock and a completely natural long curing process. Each piece has a delicate aroma and taste with a great personality.

Cured between 20 and 30 months, this ham has numerous melt-in-mouth fat streaks, with a delicate soft taste. Slightly sweet at the beginning and very juicy afterwards.
