The rosary black pudding is a sausage product made with bacon from the DO Teruel ham, cooked onion, pork's blood and spices.

This sausage comes in two variants, the sweet and spicy. It comes in small strings of sausages, that give it its characteristic shape and which takes its name.

It is ideal for an aperitif or tapa.
