* The shoulder slicing service can be delayed 24h due to the necessary cooling process prior to do a quality slicing.
- Pork shoulder, salt, dextrose, preservatives (E-250 and E-252), antioxidant (E-301)
- Keep in a cool and dry place. Remove it from the mesh and leave it only with a rag over the cut.
