EXTRA CHORIZO RUBIELOS
The Rubielos chorizo is a cured sausage made with minced D.O. Teruel pork meat (mostly lean meat) and spices, mostly Spanish paprika which lends its particular red colour and taste.
We use exclusively the best paprika, which ensures a sweet flavour and a smooth texture. You can enjoy this sausage on a sandwich or pintxo, on an omelette or as part of different Spanish traditional dishes like cocido, migas, potajes, etc.
