Rubielos Cured Bacon
Our cured bacon comes exclusively from D.O. Teruel pork meat, where the bacon is salted and naturally cured. It has an elongated, rounded shape, with a pinkish colour and shiny look where fat veins are clearly visible.
It can be eaten either directly in slices or cooked on a pan, fried or over charcoal. It is a perfect match for good bread, wine and cheese.
