The sobrasada is a soft spicy sausage made from selected pork, seasoned with salt, paprika and black pepper. It's stuffed into natural casings and has a slow maturation.
The Sobrasada RUBIELOS Casa Mata is presented in pieces of 600-700gr and its texture and flavor are exquisite.
You can take it a little warm on toast or in a sandwich alone or with cheese.
