Información del producto
This acorn-fed Iberian ham, with its deep, glossy red color, is rich in fat marbling, almost entirely derived from the acorn, giving it properties similar to olive oil due to its high oleic acid content. On the palate, it offers an intense, persistent aroma and light hints of nuts.
Castro y González Iberian acorn-fed ham is made from pigs with a percentage of Iberian breed (100% Iberian mother and 50% Iberian father) raised free-range in the pastures of the Guijuelo region, fed on acorns and natural grasses. Its curing time is between 24 and 48 months, depending on the size of the piece. These processes are certified by the Red Label awarded by the Regulatory Council.
