How long can vacuum- packed products be preserved?
At Antonio Mata we prepare and vacuum pack the products that require it, such as sliced ham, at the time of shipment to guarantee their maximum quality and durability, which is usually approximately 90 days for ham and sausages and 35 days for vacuum-packed cheeses if they are kept in a cool place protected from sunlight, such as the fridge.

At Antonio Mata we not only deliver the pleasures of the table to the entire Iberian Peninsula in 24-48 hours and the Balearic Islands in 72 hours, but we also deliver to all European Union countries within 4 to 7 working days depending on the country.
