Iberian acorn-fed ham is made from pigs with a percentage of Iberian breed (100% Iberian mother and 50% Iberian father) raised free-range, fed acorns and natural pastures. Its curing time is between 24 and 48 months, depending on the size of the piece.
Vacuum-packed ham can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 months in perfect condition. It's recommended to open the package 10 minutes before serving so the slices can air out, regain their full flavor, and be easily separated without breaking.
