Our products leave our facilities perfectly protected so that they arrive in optimal condition.
Delivery times and conditions
All our shipments have delivery times of 24, 48, or 72 business hours for orders within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands (depending on the area, date, and the shipping company's terms and conditions) and between 4 and 7 business days for international shipments to countries within the European Union (we do not ship to countries outside the European Union).
- The shipping company will deliver to a single address provided by the customer.
- Antonio Mata cannot guarantee that the shipping company will meet the delivery times specified by the customer, but we will do our best to fulfill your request.
- Please ensure that all fields are filled in with the correct information.
- ANTONIO MATA will not assume any responsibility if the product cannot be delivered correctly due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
- ANTONIO MATA will not be responsible for delays in order delivery due to causes beyond its control.
During the months of November and December, due to the high volume of shipments, deliveries may be delayed.
Return policy
Although we make every effort to ensure that products arrive in perfect condition, occasionally issues may arise.
If you are not satisfied with any of the products you received, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to contact us at clientes@antoniomata.com or by phone at +34 964 24 77 24 to request a return. Simply let us know, and we will send a courier to collect the package free of charge and assess it at our facilities.
During this assessment, we will check the condition of the product and the weight difference between the original and returned items, if applicable, to determine whether a refund or replacement is necessary.
In the event of damage during shipping, you must provide photographs clearly showing the box containing your order and the damaged product from all angles.
After this evaluation of the package or images, you can choose from the following options:
- Refund of the product or the difference between the sent and returned product via bank transfer.
- Replacement of the product and reshipment of the same at Antonio Mata's expense.
